Light: Likes bright light or partial shade. Without direct sunlight.

Watering: Abundant watering, but the substrate must be allowed to dry completely between each watering. She likes ambient humidity. The ideal is to put a cup of clay balls under your pot.

Loves bright to medium indirect light, or semi-shaded light. Avoid direct sunlight, which could damage or burn the foliage.

Water thoroughly, then let the substrate dry almost completely between waterings. Alocasia cuprea 'Red Secret' appreciates good ambient humidity; ideally, place a saucer of clay pebbles with a little water under its pot, without the roots soaking directly in the water.

Opt for a light, airy, and well-draining substrate. For Alocasias, we recommend our Coco coir and perlite potting mix, which helps maintain a good balance between drainage, lightness, and controlled moisture, while preventing roots from remaining in an overly compact soil.
