Our packages are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1 working week. Thereafter, our delivery partners make sure to deliver your package within 2-3 business days.

All our parcels come with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel and know exactly when it will arrive at your home.

Delivery

Delivery is 100% at the buyer's risk. Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible.

Postal delays are beyond our control. We are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping delays.

All plants and deposits are final sale, no cancellations, returns or refunds.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. You cannot cancel an order once it has been received.
