Your plants are carefully prepared and packaged to provide optimal protection during transport.

Each plant is carefully wrapped in biodegradable plant-based polymer wrap, then securely packed in its box with biodegradable starch beads to limit movement and protect the foliage during transport.

In cold seasons, we add thermal protection when temperatures drop below 15 °C. When temperatures fall below 0 °C, a heat pack is also added under the thermal protection.

However, plants remain fragile: the package must always be kept upright. Everything is designed so that your plants travel in the best possible conditions.

We ship plants within Canada only. Natural products and accessories can be shipped according to the options available at checkout.

Delivery is free in Quebec and Ontario for eligible orders of $155 or more, unless otherwise indicated.

For orders below this amount or for other provinces, shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless a promotion or special offer is in effect.

Delivery costs are calculated based on several factors, such as the weight, the package volume, the type of products ordered, and the delivery address. For plants, costs may also vary by province and the necessary protections required by the season.

• Plants: preparation and shipping from Monday to Wednesday only. We made this choice to prevent your plants from getting stuck with the carrier over the weekend. In winter, some shipments may be delayed due to cold temperatures to protect your plants.
• Natural products and accessories: preparation and shipping from Monday to Friday.

We avoid shipping plants at the end of the week to reduce the risk of them getting stuck with the carrier.
