Your plants are carefully prepared and packaged to provide optimal protection during transport.
Each plant is carefully wrapped in biodegradable plant-based polymer wrap, then securely packed in its box with biodegradable starch beads to limit movement and protect the foliage during transport.
In cold seasons, we add thermal protection when temperatures drop below 15 °C. When temperatures fall below 0 °C, a heat pack is also added under the thermal protection.
However, plants remain fragile: the package must always be kept upright. Everything is designed so that your plants travel in the best possible conditions.

During the cold season, a $10 thermal protection fee applies to all orders containing plants, even when shipping is free. This protection includes appropriate thermal packaging, a heat pack when necessary, as well as customized packaging designed to help the plant arrive in the best possible condition.

- Plants: preparation and shipping from Monday to Wednesday only. We made this choice to prevent your plants from getting stuck with the carrier over the weekend. In winter, some shipments may be delayed due to cold temperatures to protect your plants.
- Natural products and accessories: preparation and shipping from Monday to Friday.
We avoid shipping plants at the end of the week to reduce the risk of them getting stuck with the carrier.
