Final Sale Policy – Zarits
At Zarits, all sales are final, whether online or in-store.
By making a purchase, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted all the conditions below.
🌿 Final Sales – Non-Refundable Products
All products sold at Zarits are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and without store credit, no exceptions, including:
- Natural products
- Plants
- Accessories
- Pre-sale items
- Sale or promotional items
👉 Unique exception: if a product (other than a plant) arrives broken during delivery, a replacement will be sent, subject to compliance with the conditions described below.
📸 Product Damaged Upon Receipt (Non-Living Products)
If a product arrives broken or damaged, a replacement will be sent free of charge, provided that:
- A clear photo of the damaged product is provided
- A photo of the package upon receipt is also sent
- The photos are submitted within 24 hours of receipt
Without conforming photo proof, no replacement can be made.
🌱 Specific Plant Policy
As plants are living beings, they are sold at the buyer's risk and are subject to the following conditions.
📦 Online Orders
- Orders cannot be canceled once the transaction is complete
- No modifications, cancellations, or refunds after purchase
🛍️ In-Store Purchases and Pick-ups
- It is the customer's responsibility to inspect items before leaving the store.
- Any in-store pick-up order must be collected within 14 days of payment
- After this period, Zarits reserves the right to cancel the order without refund
✈️ Plant Shipping – Canada Only
- Winter: Purolator (1 to 2 business days)
- Summer: GLS or Purolator
⚠️ Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Zarits is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
⭐️⭐️⭐️ LIVE ARRIVAL POLICY ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Plants are packaged with the utmost care. However, due to the risks associated with transport, coverage is strictly conditional.
To be eligible, all the following conditions must be met:
📦 Someone must be present at the time of delivery
⏱️ The package cannot remain outside for more than 10 minutes
🗃️ The package must be opened:
- Within one hour if a heat pack is used
- Within 6 hours without a heat pack
🎥 A complete and continuous unboxing video, without cuts, is mandatory
☠️ Replacement applies only if the plant is dead or irrecoverable upon opening
Any problem must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, with supporting photos and video.
If the claim is eligible:
1️⃣ A new purchase is required to receive a replacement
2️⃣ A replacement will be offered if available, or within 3 to 6 months. The replacement plant may vary (size, shape, variegation, splash, silver, etc.)
3️⃣ Shipping, insulation, and heat pack fees are the responsibility of the buyer
4️⃣ If no replacement is possible after 3 to 6 months, store credit (plant value only) may be offered
5️⃣ No monetary refunds, except at Zarits' discretion
6️⃣ Coverage ends as soon as the package leaves the store
⭐️ Please note: This policy is intentionally advantageous given the high risks associated with shipping live plants in Canada.
Zarits reserves the right to refuse or cancel any sale, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

With it, we collect information such as:

We do not retain information longer than necessary, and we ensure not to share it with third parties, unless they help us collect the information; in this case, we verify that they have a privacy policy identical to ours.
4- How do we use the data we collect?
We use the data we collect to better present our content and provide a better user experience, for example:
- Presenting personalized content to our users.
- Helping to find the content our users are looking for.
- Providing better customer service.
