Lighten and improve the drainage of your growing media with our horticultural perlite.

Ideal for houseplants, seedlings, cuttings, cacti, and succulents, it helps create a more aerated mix to limit excess moisture around the roots. It can be used alone for some propagation projects or added to your potting soil depending on your plants' needs.

Mix approximately 10 to 30% perliteinto your potting soil, depending on the type of plant and the desired level of drainage.

For cacti, succulents, and plants sensitive to excess moisture, a higher proportion can be used to create an even more draining substrate.

Perlite can also be used alone or almost alone for germinating certain bulbils and for rooting certain cuttings.

• Rinse perlite well before use, as it can be dusty.

• Avoid inhaling dust when handling.

• Slightly moisten perlite before pouring or mixing.

• Store the bag in a dry place.

• The quantity needed varies depending on the type of plant and the mix used.
