Easily create your own self-watering systems with this 2-meter cotton rope.

Placed between the water reservoir and the substrate, it allows water to gradually rise to the roots by capillary action. Its generous length can be cut to your needs to make or replace wicks for multiple self-watering pots.

Cut the rope to the length required for your pot.

Insert one end into the growing medium or inner pot and place the other end into the water reservoir.

Ensure the rope is in good contact with the growing medium and reaches the water in the reservoir.

Moisten the rope before first use to accelerate water wicking.
