TheAlocasia Cuprea Pink is a rare and spectacular tropical plant, prized for its thick, metallic-looking foliage, which can display stunning shades of pink, copper, bronze, and dark green. Its highly textured, almost sculpted leaves reflect light in a unique way. The coloration and intensity of the hues can vary from leaf to leaf and change as the plant matures.

The plant is sold in a plastic pot.

Care tips:

Likes bright indirect light at medium intensity. Good lighting promotes vigorous growth and helps maintain its coloration. Avoid direct sunlight, especially on the lighter parts of the foliage.

Water thoroughly, then let the substrate dry out almost completely between waterings.

Ideally, place a saucer of clay pebbles under the plant to increase humidity around the foliage without letting the roots sit in water.

For Alocasias, we recommend our Coco-perlite potting mix, a lightweight, airy, and well-draining substrate that helps maintain a good balance for the roots while limiting the risks associated with excess moisture.
