Likes bright to medium indirect light. Good light helps maintain its variegation and encourages more vigorous growth. Avoid direct sunlight, which could scorch the foliage, especially the lighter parts.

Water thoroughly, then allow the soil to dry out almost completely between waterings. Alocasia Golden Bone Variegata appreciates good ambient humidity; ideally, place a saucer of clay pebbles with a little water under its pot, without the roots directly soaking in the water.
