Alocasia Polly is an elegant tropical plant, appreciated for its dark green foliage with highly contrasting light veins. Graphic and decorative, it likes good indirect light, good ambient humidity and a light substrate to thrive indoors.

The plant is sold in a plastic pot.

Care tips:

Loves bright to medium indirect light, or semi-shaded light. Good light helps keep the foliage more pronounced and growth more vigorous. Avoid direct sunlight, which could damage or burn the leaves.

Water generously, then let the soil dry out almost completely between waterings. Alocasia Polly appreciates good ambient humidity; ideally, place a saucer of clay pebbles with a little water under its pot, without the roots soaking directly in the water.

Choose a light, airy, and well-draining substrate. For Alocasias, we recommend our Coco-perlite potting mix, which helps maintain a good balance between drainage, lightness, and controlled humidity, while preventing the roots from remaining in a too-compact potting mix.
