The Alocasia Watsoniana Variegata is a rare and spectacular collector's tropical plant, sought after for its large, dark, and deeply textured leaves, enhanced by contrasting variegation. Its prominent veins and cream to lighter patterns create a striking contrast with the dark foliage. The variegation varies naturally from one leaf to another, making each specimen a true collector's item.

The plant is sold in a plastic pot.

Care tips:

Prefers bright indirect to medium light. Excellent indirect light helps maintain beautiful variegation and promotes vigorous growth. Avoid direct sunlight, which could burn the lighter parts of the foliage.

Water thoroughly, then let the substrate dry out almost completely between waterings.

Ideally, place a saucer of clay pebbles under the plant to increase humidity around the foliage without letting the roots sit in water.

For Alocasias, we recommend our coco-perlite potting soil, a light, airy, and well-draining substrate that helps maintain a good balance at the roots while limiting risks associated with excess moisture.
