Prefers bright, indirect light. The brighter the light, the more colourful the foliage can be, and the more likely the plant is to flower annually. Avoid direct, intense sun, which can burn the leaves.

Water thoroughly, then allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings. The Hoya Australis Lisa prefers to dry out between waterings and does not like to stay in constantly moist soil.

Choose a light, airy, and well-draining substrate. For Hoyas, we recommend our Coco-Perlite Potting Mix, which helps keep the mixture light, draining, and easy to dry out between waterings.
