The Alocasia Regal Shield Aurea is a rare and impressive tropical plant, prized for its large, graphic foliage and luminous aurea variegation. Spectacular when mature, it adds an exotic and unique touch to tropical plant collections.

The plant is sold in a plastic pot.

Care instructions:

Likes bright to medium indirect light. Good light helps maintain its variegation and encourages more vigorous growth. Avoid direct sunlight, which could burn the foliage, especially the lighter parts.

Water generously, then allow the substrate to dry almost completely between waterings. The Alocasia Regal Shield Aurea appreciates good ambient humidity; ideally, place a saucer of clay pebbles with a little water under its pot, without the roots soaking directly in the water.
