Scindapsus Mayari is a rare tropical plant, highly valued for its magnificent satin foliage with green, cream, and pale yellow variegation. Each leaf develops a unique variegation, making each plant a different specimen. Its naturally climbing or trailing habit makes it an excellent plant for a trellis or hanging basket, where its foliage can fully flourish.

The photos show the same plant size. Variegation and patterns may vary from leaf to leaf.

The plant is sold in a plastic pot.

Care tips:

The Scindapsus Mayari easily adapts to different light levels, but prefers bright, indirect light. The more light it receives, the fuller its foliage will be and the larger its leaves will grow. Avoid direct sunlight, which could burn the lighter parts of the foliage.

Water thoroughly, then allow the top few inches of the substrate to dry out between waterings. The Scindapsus Mayari prefers to be slightly under-watered rather than in constantly moist substrate.

Opt for a light, airy, and well-draining substrate. Our Chunky Mix Potting Soilis ideal for providing excellent root aeration, while our Coco-Perlite Potting Soiloffers a simple, light, and draining option.

Find them in our section:Potting Soils & Substrates.
